Mobile Mass Transit
For users of the Chicago Transit Authority, Madison Metro Transit System and the University of Michigan bus systems, our mobile clients let you know when and where the buses are on the route system giving you the latest actual schedule data -- not just what it says on the sign or the schedule for arrival time.
For Madison and U. Michigan bus systems, users can set alerts to receive notifications when a bus of interest approaches a specified bus stop. So you can make your daily commute more predicatable with real-time notifications.
You can also find the nearby bus stops and view all the buses with their real-time arrival data on your phone.
Finally, combined with the social networking and geo-messaging aspects of the application, you can now easily coordiante bus travel with your friends - or let you family and friend know that you are late because of delays in the metro system.

Geo-Messaging
Traditional SMS and email based messages lack the location context. As a result the recipient always receives these messages regardless of the location relevance of the message. So if you are in downtown in a new city and trying to remember the name of the record store that you spouse had recommended you have to search through your oversized email inbox of SMS to find the relevant message and then find the relevant portion of that message.
Instead with geo-messaging the messages are tagged with the location, and you receive the message only when you are close to the location of the message (you can pick the proximity radius).
Geo-messaging is also a fun way to start a geo-caching game with your social network.
